Under the supervision of Administrative Manager, coordinate the preparation, cooking and serving of food. Supervise kitchen staff, volunteers, and others assigned to food service duties. Manage activities of staff engaged in food preparation, meal service, cleanup, and inventory. Responsible for safe handling and proper temperature control of prepared foods, and adherence to sanitation standards. Good health, ability to stand long hours and able to lift heavy objects. Assume other tasks as assigned.
High School graduate or equivalent. Licensed Food Handler or willing to obtain the necessary license.
